Cut ur scrapbook paper in squares that fit your letters you will be putting on them. I used a fancy scissors to make the edges look neat.
The put ur letters on.
You will now want to punch holes on the top. I did one on the left and right.
Put the ribbon in and out of the holes and then ur ready to hang it up.
This was taken with my cell. It looks a lot better in person.
