If you are on the go a lot and don't have time to eat a real breakfast this recipe is easy and delicious! I make these for my husband when he likes to sleep that extra 10-20 minutes.
You will need:
2 1/2 cups of oats (old fashioned kind, Not the quick cooking type)
1 cup of low fat Greek Yogurt
2 eggs, You'll noticed I use vegetarian.
3/4cups sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2tsp baking soda
2-3 bananas
I also added 1/2 cup of walnuts
1. Pre Heat oven to 400 degrees. Spray tin with non-stick spray.
2. Place all of the ingredients, Including bananas in a blender or food processor and blend until oats are smooth. *Notes*
I added the yogurt eggs and bananas in first if you put the dry ingredients in first it tends to not mix.
3. Divide batter into the cupcake pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Here is the finished product..

Burlap Picture
You'll need:
Hot Glue Gun
Super Glue
3 small nails
Hot Glue Gun
Super Glue
3 small nails
I chose this frame
This is a very thin canvas
I Hot Glued this to the Canvas
(after doing this I hot glued this to the back of the frame)
This is not the Key I bought. But its very similar.
(which I Hot Glue parts to the Burlap and Canvas)
Then Hot Glued this picture to the Canvas and Burlap.
This is what it turn out as..
Later after I waited for it to dry. I noticed I should have Hot Glued the Burlap more to the Canvas. Cause where I laid the Key and Picture when trying to hang it kept trying to come off. So My husband had the U shaped nails and we use those to secure the Key to the Canvas not JUST the Burlap. We even use Super Glue to try to bind the Burlap to the Canvas more.
