Vegetarian!

Hello,
 I recently started to make myself eat better and Ive talked to 3 different girls. They told me dairy is the number one thing that makes you gain weight. So I have cut all dairy out. I do drink soy - light, vanilla flavor milk. I took this image off of google.. but this is the milk I buy!

Ive stopped eating sugary cereal. At Fred Meyer in the organic, health section you can find granola cereal. My favorite is natural. But there are 4-5 different other kind to pick from. I usually eat my cereal with some fruit like Bananas or Raisins. Stole this from Google also..I like this brand!

 I recently bought vegan eggs, Forgot where I bought my eggs from but ill post it tonight or Tuesday.

I know I can buy vegan cheese but I have not went looking for it just yet.

I was at 130.8 around Christmas. I am now at 128.8 YAY :)
I do still eat chicken and some fish but not very often. I love this one thing me and my husband created.

You need tortilla, Natural salsa- I buy mine at win-co, pepperoncinis and tortilla crusted cod... i like the medium spicy kind.
I like my tortilla's heated in the microwave for 15-25 seconds then put ur cod in with ur toppings and you got a very tasty treat. I dont have a picture of what mine look like but ill cook it soon and take one then for you all to see! Thanks for reading.
